Shenzhen Konka Precision Mould Manufacturing Co***ny Limited established in 1991, and it is an independent unit of legal person invested by Konka Group. The co***ny is a productive enterprise of one modern precision moulds of plastic injection which is composed of one mould
design center and two sub-factories, and possesses accumulated investment over RMB 70 million Yuan, various tooling machine in nearly 100 sets, and with yearly design and productive capability of 500 sets moulds of plastics injection.

Personnel of the subsidiary Mould Design Center all has educational level of university graduated or above and rich practical experience, so this provides the technical assurance for mould design. UGII, EUCLID etc. are adopted in mould design and NC programming, and the software C-MOLD is adopted to perform simulation analysis of injection process to ensure the reliability in design course of injection mould (including gas-assisted mould).
